Important Gift Voucher information
We no longer offer gift vouchers available for purchase.
After the 21st December 2025 our shared tours (ie where you join a group with others) will be finishing. From this date, all tours will be operated as private tours.
If you currently have a gift voucher that has not yet expired, please note the below information:
- Your voucher expiry is not affected (the expiry date is indicated on your voucher).
- Up until the 21st December 2025 your gift voucher can be used to join any of the shared tours available online, up to the value that was purchased.
- If you still have a valid voucher after the 21st December 2025, the value of your voucher is still retained but it can only be used towards a private tour booking:
- Private tours are priced according to group size, and have a maximum of 6 people
- Available dates and tours can be viewed here
- Voucher codes and expiry dates remain as they are
- If your voucher was already purchased for a private tour, this information does not affect you.
To maximise your voucher value, voucher holders have been strongly encouraged to book in for a tour in 2025 whilst the shared tours are still available.
The above information regarding our upcoming tour product changes was communicated to voucher recipients and/or purchasers via email in May 2025 (with subsequent monthly reminders). Not all purchasers provided us with the voucher recipient details, so in these cases the information was sent to the purchaser.
