Important Gift Voucher information

We no longer offer gift vouchers available for purchase.

From the 21st December 2025 we are restructuring our tour availability and we will no longer be offering shared tours (ie where you join a group with others). From this date we will only be offering private tours, which will be subject to availability.

If you currently have a gift voucher that expires after the 21st December 2025, please take note of this important information:

• Your voucher expiry is not affected (the expiry date is indicated on your voucher).
• Up to the 21st December 2025 your gift voucher can be used to join any of the shared/public tours available online, up to the value that was purchased.
• If you have a gift voucher that is intended for a specific tour, you do not have to book in for that tour - you are welcome to use the value towards any tour that is bookable online.
• If you still have a valid voucher after the 21st December 2025, the value of your voucher will be retained but it will only be able to be used towards a private tour booking (until the expiry date).
  • Private tours will be priced according to group size and will vary from what is currently advertised for shared tours.
  • Available dates for private tours will be subject to availability.
  • After the 21st December 2025 the maximum capacity for private tour groups will be reduced (maximum numbers yet to be advised).
  • The Smokin' BBQ Tour is not continuing in 2026 - this will not be available after 21st December 2025 as either a shared or private tour.
• If your voucher was already purchased for a private tour, this information does not affect you.

To maximise your voucher value we strongly encourage all voucher holders to book in for a tour in 2025 whilst the shared tours are still available.

The above information has also been communicated via email to voucher recipients and/or purchasers (note that not all purchasers provide the recipient details).
